Developer Inventory Lots Management

Texas Protax Austin, Inc. is committed to giving you the most professional and efficient property tax management program available in Central Texas.  Our services include: filing all necessary protests, attending the hearings, and generally managing all aspects of the property tax evaluation process.

As part of our administrative management of your account, you will receive an itemized, detailed report at least twice a year on the status of your properties and the values and tax amounts associated with those properties.  This report will give you a break down of taxes due for each property individually, by subdivision, by taxing jurisdiction and by county.  You will be able to know exactly the amount of tax dollars associated with each individual account as well as knowing the bottom line total of taxes due.  We can custom tailor your report to fit any and all of your needs.

The detailed spreadsheet that we will create and maintain in Excel format includes a list of all accounts divided by county.  This listing will give you an overview of each of your properties as a whole in addition to individual details concerning each parcel.  Our spreadsheets include, but are not limited to, parcel numbers, addresses, legal descriptions, historical and current values, sales, construction progress, comments, taxing jurisdictions with tax rates, and amount of taxes due broken down by jurisdiction and totaled.  We are also willing to customize your spreadsheet to include any other items or details that are important to you and your operation.

We work closely with each of our clients to follow the development of each subdivision and ensure the various Appraisal Districts reflect accurate completion, sales and ownership records.  If your company is developing communities or subdivisions, we are also able to provide you with a “Property Tax Estimate and Schedule” on future developments for budget purposes.  We realize that property taxes are one of the most expensive aspects of developing, building and selling houses, and we are committed to not only reducing that burden, but also save you the time and energy in tracking and maintaining your property taxes.
